Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrive Ahmadabad
Arrive Mumbai in the morning and take a connecting flight to Ahmedabad; the gateway city to Gujarat. Visit The Calico Museum (finest collections of antique and modern Indian textiles) and Ghandi’s Ashram.  After noon visit Adalaj step-well and plan to go around Ahmedabad’s bazaars, including its atmospheric Night Market to buy superior quality cotton, silk and embroidered clothes.
Day 02: Ahmadabad – Champaner (160 Kms / 3 Hrs) – Jambughoda (25 Kms / 1 Hr)
This morning drive to Jambhugoda and en route visit the Champaner. UNESCO listed world heritage site of Champaner is one of Gujarat’s most remarkable archaeological zones. Drive on to the Jambughoda.
Day 03: Jambughoda
During British Raj, the region belonged to the princely state of Jambughoda. The valleys nestled in the well-forested hills have always been home to many tribal settlements. Visit the local tribal villages of Rathwas and Nayaks and the Jambughoda Wildlife Sanctury.
Day 04: Jambughoda –  Bhavnagar (350 Kms /7 Hrs)
Drive to Bhavnagar enroute visiting Lothal , The 4,500-year-old city was an important port on the Indian subcontinent during the Harappan era.
Day 05: Bhavnagar – Sasangir (280 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Morning drive to Sasangir and we stay in a jungle camp. Afternoon game drive to seek the Asiatic lion and other animals in Gir National Park.
Day 06: Sasangir - Gir National Park
Morning and afternoon, jungle safari inside the park in a jeep.
Day 07: Sasangir – Junagadh – Gondal (65 Kms / 2 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Gondal, enroute visit Junagadh - An ancient fortified city rich in myth and legend which takes its name from the 'Old Fort' which circles the medieval town.  Drive to  Gondal. Gondal has a fine collection of antique cars and is a good base to explore the nearby villages.
Day 08: Gondal – Bhuj/ Hodka (275 Kms / 6 Hrs)
Today we drive to Bhuj, the capital of the desert region of Kutch. known for its unique heritage and culture with its small, meandering streets, palaces and temples. Explore tribal villages in the vicinity of Bhuj, famous for traditional handicrafts.
Day 09: Mandvi (125 Kms / 2 Hrs)
Today we drive to Mandvi – one of the finest beaches of Gujrat. visit the Palace and leisurely time at beach.
Day 10: Mandvi - Dasada (325 Kms / 6-7 Hrs)
Today we drive to Dasada. Arrive Dasada and check in at Resort, situated near the village of Dasada. Game drive to see wild ass in the Little Rann of Kutch.
Day 11: Dasada
Morning and afternoon, cross-desert safari in the little Rann of Kutch.  The Rann of Kutch is a geographically unique landscape that was once an arm of the Arabian Sea. As the land separated from the sea by geological forces, it became a vast, featureless plain encrusted with salt that is inundated with water during the rains.
Day 12: Dasda –Modhera  - Patan – Poshina (300 Kms / 10 Hours With Enroute Sightseeing)
Drive to Poshina, enroute visit the stepwells & fort at Patan & the Sun temple at Modhera built in 1026 CE.
Day 13: Poshina Village
The village of Poshina is home to a number of native artisans the tribal arrow crafters, silver smiths, potters, blacksmiths and the bazaar is famous for silver tribal jewellery, ornate sheathed daggers and terra cotta horses. Visit  around the village to experience the Garasia tribal way of life.
Day 14: Poshina – Ahemdabad (180 KMS / 4 Hours)
We drive back to Ahmadabad and fly onwards.
