Itinerary Details
Day 01: Fly to Bagdogra – Drive to Darjeeling (95 Kms / 2 Hrs)
Today fly to Bagdogra and we do nice drive through Himalayan foothills to Darjeeling. Evening is at leisure and for acclimatization.
Day 02: Darjeeling
Today drive up to Tiger Hill to see the spectacular sunrise over the highest mountain peaks in the world, including Mt Everest and Kanchenjunga. Visit the Ghoom Monastery and enjoy a short Toy Train ride. In afternoon visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Zoological Park.
Day 03: Darjeeling – Pelling (125 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Today enjoy a scenic drive to Pelling to enjoy the spectacular views of the Mount Khangchendzonga. A short sightseeing tour in after noon, covering Rimbi Falls, Khicheopalri Lake (with optional downhill trek).
Day 04: Pelling - Gangtok (115 Kms / 5-6 Hrs)
Today take a beautiful drive through tea plantations to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Gangtok is a charming and clean city, with colourful buildings and a bustling atmosphere. Enjoy the cable car ride and visit Tashi View Point which offers enchanting view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and Mt. Siniolchu.
Day 05: Gangtok
Today enjoy full-day’s sightseeing around Gangtok. You can do excursion to Tsomgo Lake at an altitude of 12,400 ft. Enjoy photography and even take a yak ride around the lake. Or choose to visit different Gompas (Monastery) across valley.
Day 06: Gangtok – Kalimpong (85 Kms / 2 Hrs)
Today after a morning drive to Kalimpong, we’ll visit a local tribal village. Afternoon visit the largest monastery in town, Zong Dog Palri Fro-Brang Gompa with its impressive paintings, Tharpa Choling Gompa and the markets.
Day 07: Kalimpong – Phuentsholing (185 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Today morning drive to Phuentsholing. Phuentsholing is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian plains and at the foothills of Bhutan. We’ll have an evening visit to Zangtho Pelri Lhakhang.
Day 08: Phuentsholing – Thimphu (180 Kms / 7-8 Hrs)
Today morning we’ll travel to Thimphu, small and charming capital city sandwiched in the heart of the Himalayas. It sits in its own valley fanning out from the river. 
En route we’ll visit Kharbandi Goemba - a beautiful monastery and Simtkha Dzong - the oldest fortress of the Kingdom.
Day 09: Thimphu - Local Sightseeing
Today full  day sightseeing in Thimphu, including Trashichho Dzong, Memorial Chhorten, National Library, Art School, Traditional Medicine Institute, The Textile and Folk Heritage Museum and Government Handicrafts Emporium.
Day 10: Thimphu – Punakha (72 Kms / 3 Hrs)
Today morning we drive to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan, passing through the breathtaking view of the snow clad Himalayas via the Dochula Pass at 10, 500 ft. Visit the town and fortress in Wangdue and visit the Punakha Dzong,  the Buddhist monastery built in 1637.
Day 11: Punakha – Paro (125 Km / 4-5 Hrs)
Today we drive to Paro, the beautiful valley with a rich culture, scenic beauty and hundreds of myths and legends.  In the afternoon we’ll visit Ta Dzong, National Museum of the Kingdom and Drugyel Dzong.
Day 12: Paro
Today start the day by hike up to Taktsang Lhakhang Monastery, the Tigers’ Nest, built atop a cliff overlooking the charming Paro valley Or an excursion to Haa Valley (70km) with a stop for photography at Che-Le-La Pass (10,000ft) from where you can see the mountain ranges.
Day 13: Paro – Fly To Kathmandu – Nagarkot (35 Kms / 1 Hr)
Today the flight from Paro, Bhutan to Kathamnadu, Nepal is one of the most spectacular mountain flights offering the scintillating scenery of the world's highest glacial peaks and passing Mt Everest (centre).  IndiaTravellers local representative will receive you and drive to Bhaktapur city to visit Durbur Squares and temples. Continue to drive toward famous Nagarkot hill resort for panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Day 14: Nagarkot - Kathmandu
Today after a leisurely morning enjoying the great Himalayan views, we drive back to Kathmandu valley. Visit Syambhunath and Kathmandu Durbur Square. You can have dinner with a live entertainment at a local restaurant.
Day 15: Kathmandu Valley and Around
Today full day tour around Kathmandu Valley and near by places like Patan city.
Day 16: Kathmandu - Departure
Today transfer to the airport in time for a flight to your next destination. You can fly back to Delhi or Varanasi in India.
